I have had the honor of creating and editing memorial slideshows for deceased members of family and friends. I know how emotional and difficult it can be, and I can't imagine how much tougher it would be for someone to do it themselves. If someone close to you has passed away, I would like to help you honor them.



The process is:

  • We do a kickoff call so I can hear about who they are what how you want them remembered in a video.
  • You provide your favorite images, videos, and songs to represent them. You would also designate any photos that need touching-up to repair things like scratches in old photos, using my experience with digital painting and visual effects.
  • Using all those materials and your direction, I create an edit that helps connect the attendees of the funeral service to this amazing person in your life.
  • After you see the edit, we can revise things as needed.
  • The first full edit revision is free (in other words, I would take notes on what you'd like changed throughout the edit, and this would be included for no additional cost).
  • After the first revision, there would be an additional cost to follow-up revisions. Sometimes people want others to see it and get their notes, so it helps to get one complete list of notes so I can make those fixes in one full pass.
  • You would end up with a video that is sent to you through a cloud storage link.


Depending on complexity, my rate is roughly $100 per minute of screen time, plus $20 per photo that needs touching up. Photo retouching examples can be found here.
